Why does the pandemic impacts us now more than before?

When wondering why you feel low, lack of energy, and fatigued of following rules and doing the right thing? You’re not alone.


It’s a common comment I hear from many clients, patients, and friends.


What can we do to get out of this funk?

  • Routines rock here!

  • Stay physically active

  • Engage in a creative challenge with friends

  • Socialize in ways that aren’t impacted by whether restaurants, movies, gyms, etc are open

  • Cook new recipes and share them with friends

  • Plan a trip with friends, no need to decide on the destination. Yet, have the trip planned

  • Allow for upsetting feeling to exist and be there

  • Practice self care and allow yourself to feel exactly the way you do!
